As a business strategist for service-based businesses, I look beyond one isolated problem to understand how your website, systems, offers and client journey work together.
I’ve been in business for over 10 years, from side hustles to full-time ventures, growing teams and running a six-figure events business...
Alongside that, I’ve spent 16 years working across sales, business development and management in multiple industries, which means I don’t just understand systems, I understand people, buying decisions, client experience and what it really takes to keep a business moving.
In 2018, I co-founded an events business that grew to six figures, employed a team of seven and delivered more than 100 weddings and events every year.
That chapter taught me a lot.
It taught me how to sell under pressure with overheads and a team relying on me, to lead, problem-solve, handle pressure, create processes, support clients and make decisions quickly. It also taught me how important it is for a business to have strong foundations behind the scenes.
Because when your business grows, the way you run it has to grow with it.
I sold that business in 2023 because I knew I was ready for my next chapter: using everything I’d learned from building and running a busy business to help other business owners create more structure, more space and a business that feels good to be in.
