No. You may know how the business feels without being able to see what is causing it. Your questionnaire and my advance review give us a starting point, and the session helps us get beneath the first thing you have noticed.
We can explore any connected decisions affecting how your business sells, operates or supports your clients.
That might include your offers, messaging, sales journey, website, systems, client experience, workload or a new opportunity you are considering.
The purpose is not to squeeze every subject into 90 minutes. It is to understand what is happening across the business and focus our time where it will be most useful :)
A discovery call helps us establish the scope of a particular done-for-you project. The Intensive is a paid, prepared strategy service for when you want my thinking and recommendations, whether or not we work together again.
Yep, where it is relevant to your wider business challenge. You can share links and context in your questionnaire so I can review the appropriate areas before we meet.
This is not a full technical audit or rebuild. We will use what we find to decide what needs attention and whether a larger investment is worthwhile.
You will receive a personalised action plan setting out the priorities and next steps we discussed. You will also have seven days of DM support for questions and guidance as you begin implementing the immediate actions :)
Done-for-you implementation is not included in the £197 Intensive. If our session shows that you would benefit from further strategic or practical support, we can discuss the right next step separately. There is no expectation that you continue into another service!
