I’ll build your workflows, forms, emails, schedulers, payment plans and client portal, all completely bespoke to your business. Everything will be thoroughly tested and refined before handover

Absolutely. Your setup can include different packages, forms, emails and workflows for each of your services or client types. Everything is built around how your business actually works
Yes. I’ll review what you already have, keep anything that’s working and identify what needs simplifying, improving or rebuilding. But you don't have to have an existing account, we can start from scratch
I’ll need your input during the discovery and onboarding stages so I can properly understand your business, voice and processes. After that, I take care of the build, only checking in when I need your feedback or approval
Most Dubsado builds take around 4-6 weeks. Your exact timeframe will depend on the size and complexity of your setup, and this will be confirmed in your bespoke proposal
No. Your Dubsado subscription is purchased separately and paid directly to Dubsado. I’ll advise you on the right plan for your business, so you don’t need to work that out alone.
Yes. My standard payment plan is 50% upon booking, with the remaining 50% due before your completed build is handed over.
You can also split the investment into three instalments: one upon booking, one four weeks later and the final payment before handover. Just let me know which option you’d prefer :)
