Let's Setup Your Systems
I'll review your application and if a Dubsado setup is right for you, I'll send through your proposal, contract and invoice (your invoice will have the option of pay in full or 50/50 - if you require a payment plan, please advise of this on your enquiry and I will attach a 4 split month payment plan)
Once your package is chosen, your contract is signed and your deposit is paid, your questionnairre will be sent out - it's thorough but the more information you can give, the more I won't have to be in your ear during the build 😉
You'll be pleased to hear you can save as you go along and come back to it when you have had more caffeine! Once it's done, you simply submit, and it falls straight into my inbox to review.
Once I've received your onboarding questionnaire back and done my reviews, we'll then jump on a 90 minute strategy call and map everything out together/go through any questions you or I may have before I go aheaad and build!
I don't start until I have absolutely EVERYTHING from you, so the quicker you get it to me, the quicker your system will be ready - please and thanks 😜 (this can include contracts, brand images, logos, any existing emails you want implementing in your new system, any design inspiration for your proposal design etc - all is asked for on your questionnaire)
Once I'm done, I'll share your proposal with you to review and suggest any amendments you would like made to it. I'll also be thoroughly testing your system before handover to make sure every inch of it does what I've asked it to!
Once it's ready, we'll book in our offboarding call/coffee and I'll show you exactly how to use your system going forward and what I've built in so you have full knowledge on why and how everything is pieced together 😘
Depending on the package you have opted for, I will be available for 7/30 days for any questions that may arise when you're starting to use your new system.
After the days are complete, you'll feel fully confident in operating it all going forward and you'll be jumping for joy that you finally got your systems in place and have everything so damn organised!

My standard payment plan is 50% upon booking, with the remaining 50% due before your completed build is handed over.
You can also split your investment into 4 equal installments: one upon booking, one four weeks later, one the following month and the final payment the month after.
