See, my expertise lies in something a lil' different. I've ALWAYS had a creative outlet in every role I've had so design comes very naturally to me - whether that's from painting faces (I was a MUA & teacher for a longggg time), designing over 300 weddings & events in my previous company or that interior design diploma I am still

A strategic website is the wider online home of your business. It helps visitors understand your brand, explore your services, build trust and choose an appropriate next step. A sales funnel is a more focused journey created around one audience, offer and desired action, often using dedicated landing pages, sales pages, email nurture and automations. A more complex funnel can include many more moving parts including upsells and downsells
Yes. Some businesses only need one part improved, while others need their website, sales process, email marketing and client journey to work together. Your proposal will set out the exact pages, systems and integrations included, so you are only investing in what your business genuinely needs
Yep, I know how busy you are 😉. Copywriting is included within my strategic website and sales funnel projects unless we agree otherwise. I use the information gathered during the strategy and questionnaire stage to shape clear, intentional messaging, so you are not left trying to write an entire website before the project can begin. I also write all emails, forms/questionnaires and other items required for your CRM build
I primarily work with small, service-based businesses, including creative, events, beauty, wellness, photography, social media management, consulting and other expert-led businesses. My work is particularly suited to established business owners whose offers, workload or client numbers have grown beyond the foundations they started with

I am based on the Isle of Man and work remotely with service-based businesses across both the IOM and UK. Calls, project communication, reviews and handover all take place online, though I do love coffee so sometimes we meet for one instead of doing everything online (if I'm nearby 😆)
For strategic website builds, my preferred platforms are Squarespace and Wix. I will recommend the one best suited to your business, the functionality you need and how you want to manage the website going forward.
However, if your business already has an established website on WordPress or another platform, I can work with what you already have rather than moving you unnecessarily.
Dubsado is one of my favourite CRM platforms for service-based businesses, but it is not the only system I can work with. If you already use another CRM, or a different platform would better suit the way your business operates, I can build, improve and connect your client journey there too.
The chosen platform/s should support your business we are creating, rather than the entire project being shaped around my personal preference 😊
